The California Debt Limit Allocation Committee (CDLAC) Recovery Zone Reallocation Program provides tax incentives and lowered borrowing costs for local governments and private entities to promote job creation and economic recovery in areas of the state affected by employment declines during the Great Recession. This program was related to the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) legislation. All allocation has been awarded and no additional funding rounds are anticipated for this program.
