  3. Approve the August 16, 2006 Safe Neighborhood Parks, Clean Water, Clean Air, and Coastal Protection Finance Committee Minutes.
  4. Consideration of Resolution XV under the Safe Neighborhood Parks, Clean Water, Clean Air, and Coastal Protection Bond Act of 2000, amending the provisions of Resolution XIII (2006) authorizing the issuance of State of California Safe Neighborhood Parks, Clean Water, Clean Air, and Coastal Protection bonds or commercial paper notes in the principal amount not to exceed $463,725,000 to adjust the underlying remaining principal amount and the additional principal amount of bonds and commercial paper notes authorized thereunder.
  5. Consideration of Resolution XVI under the Safe Neighborhood Parks, Clean Water, Clean Air, and Coastal Protection Bond Act of 2000, authorizing the issuance of State of California Safe Neighborhood Parks, Clean Water, Clean Air, and Coastal Protection refunding bonds in the principal amount of not to exceed $463,725,000.
