  5. Consideration of Resolution XV under the Public Education Facilities Bond Act of 1996 (K-12), authorizing the issuance of State of California Public Education Facilities refunding bonds in the principal amount not to exceed $7,490,000.
  6. Consideration of Resolution XV under the Class Size Reduction Kindergarten-University Public Education Facilities Bond Act of 1998 (K-12), authorizing the issuance of State of California Class Size Reduction Kindergarten-University Public Education Facilities refunding bonds in the principal amount not to exceed $376,885,000 $376,855,000.
