  3. Distribution of the Bagley-Keene Open Meeting Act to each member of the committee, in accordance with California Government Code Section 11121.9.
  4. Under the Safe Drinking water, Water Quality and Supply, Flood Control, River and Coastal Protection Bond Act of 2006, authorize the Treasurer to employ bond counsel for legal opinions related to the sale of bonds and commercial paper notes under the bond act pursuant to Government Code Section 16760.
  5. Election of Finance Committee Secretary to administer the Safe Drinking Water, Water Quality and Supply, Flood Control, River and Coastal Protection Bond Act of 2006.
  6. Consideration of Resolution I under the Safe Drinking Water, Water Quality and Supply, Flood Control, River and Coastal Protection Bond Act of 2006, authorizing the issuance of State of California Safe Drinking Water, Water Quality and Supply, Flood Control, River and Coastal Protection bonds or commercial paper notes in the principal amount not to exceed $102,250,000.
  7. Consideration of Resolution II under the Safe Drinking Water, Water Quality and Supply, Flood Control, River and Coastal Protection Bond Act of 2006, authorizing the issuance of State of California Safe Drinking Water, Water Quality and Supply, Flood Control, River and Coastal Protection refunding bonds in the principal amount not to exceed $102,250,000.
