  3. Approval of the January 19, 2005 1990 Prison Construction Committee Minutes.
  4. Election of the 1990 Prison Construction Committee Secretary to administer the New Prison Construction Bond Act of 1990.
  5. Consideration of Resolution XXVIII under the New Prison Construction Bond Act of 1990, (i) amending the provisions of Resolution XXVI, authorizing the issuance of State of California New Prison Construction Bonds or Commercial Paper Notes in the principal amount not to exceed $1,827,000, and (ii) authorizing the issuance of State of California New Prison Construction Bonds or Commercial Paper Notes in the principal amount not to exceed the principal amount unissued under Resolution XXVI of $1,827,000.
  6. Consideration of Resolution XXIX under the New Prison Construction Bond Act of 1990, authorizing the issuance of State of California New Prison Construction Refunding Bonds in the aggregate principal amount outstanding not to exceed $151,857,000.
