  3. Approval of the April 19, 2006, Safe, Clean, Reliable Water Supply Finance Committee meeting minutes.
  4. Election of the Interim Finance Section Manager of the Public Finance Division, State Treasurer's Office, or his or her designees, as the Safe, Clean, Reliable Water Supply Finance Committee Secretary to administer the Safe, Clean, Reliable Water Supply Act.
  5. Consideration of Resolution XVII under the Safe, Clean, Reliable Water Supply Act, (i) amending the provisions of Resolution XIV authorizing the issuance of State of California Safe, Clean, Reliable Water Supply Bonds or Commercial Paper Notes in the principal amount not to exceed $346,730,000, and (ii) authorizing the issuance of State of California Safe, Clean, Reliable Water Supply Bonds or Commercial Paper Notes in the principal amount not to exceed the principal amount unissued under Resolution XIV of $220,155,000.
  6. Consideration of Resolution XVIII under the Safe, Clean, Reliable Water Supply Act, authorizing the issuance of State of California Safe, Clean, Reliable Water Supply Refunding Bonds in the aggregate principal amount outstanding not to exceed $915,604,000.
