Consideration of Resolution XIII under the Kindergarten-University Public Education Facilities Bond Act of 2004, (i) amending the provisions of Resolution XI authorizing the issuance of State of California Kindergarten-University Public Education Facilities Bonds or Commercial Paper Notes in the principal amount not to exceed $541,065,000, and (ii) authorizing the issuance of State of California Kindergarten-University Public Education Facilities Bonds or Commercial Paper Notes in the principal amount not to exceed (a) the principal amount unissued under Resolution XI of $541,065,000 and (b) an additional principal amount not to exceed $177,485,000, for a total principal amount not to exceed $718,550,000.
  5. Consideration of Resolution XIV under the Kindergarten-University Public Education Facilities Bond Act of 2004, authorizing the issuance of State of California Kindergarten-University Public Education Facilities Refunding Bonds in the aggregate principal amount outstanding not to exceed $718,550,000.
