Consideration of Resolution X under the Kindergarten - University Public Education Facilities Bond Act of 2002, amending the Supplemental Certificate of the Treasurer of the State of California relating to $1,400,000,000 Kindergarten - University Public Education Facilities Bonds, Series 2003A, Series 2003B, Series 2003C, and Series 2003D (the "Bonds"), adopted April 15, 2003 (the "Supplement"), and supplementing Resolution III, adopted on April 2, 2003, pursuant to which the Bonds were authorized, to cure certain ambiguities in the Supplement relating to how optional redemption payments that redeem the Bonds in part, if any, shall be applied to future scheduled sinking fund payments.
