  1. Call Meeting to Order

  3. Approval of the June 20, 2007, Safe Drinking Water, Clean Water, Watershed Protection, and Flood Protection Finance Committee Minutes.
  4. Election of the Interim Finance Section Manager of the Public Finance Division, State Treasurer's Office, or his or her designees, as the Safe Drinking Water, Clean Water, Watershed Protection, and Flood Protection Finance Committee Secretary to administer the Safe Drinking Water, Clean Water, Watershed Protection, and Flood Protection Act.
  5. Consideration of Resolution XVII under the Safe Drinking Water, Clean Water, Watershed Protection, and Flood Protection Act, authorizing the issuance of State of California Safe Drinking Water, Clean Water, Watershed Protection, and Flood Protection Refunding Bonds in the aggregate principal amount outstanding not to exceed $1,608,428,310.
