  3. Approve the July 16, 2008, Water Security, Clean Drinking Water, Coastal and Beach Protection Act of 2002 Finance Committee Minutes.
  4. Consideration of Resolution XI under the Water Security, Clean Drinking Water, Coastal and Beach Protection Act of 2002, (i) amending the provisions of Resolution VIII authorizing the issuance of State of California Water Security, Clean Drinking Water, Coastal and Beach Protection Bonds or Commercial Paper Notes in the principal amount not to exceed $1,012,347,000, and (ii) authorizing the issuance of State of California Water Security, Clean Drinking Water, Coastal and Beach Protection Bonds or Commercial Paper Notes in the principal amount not to exceed (a) the principal amount unissued under Resolution VIII of $534,212,000 and (b) an additional principal amount not to exceed $99,022,000 for a total principal amount not to exceed $633,234,000.
  5. Consideration of Resolution XII under the Water Security, Clean Drinking Water, Coastal and Beach Protection Act of 2002, authorizing the issuance of State of California Water Security, Clean Drinking Water, Coastal and Beach Protection Refunding Bonds in the aggregate principal amount outstanding not to exceed $633,234,000.
