  3. Approval of the January 16, 2008 California Clean Water, Clean Air, Safe Neighborhood Parks, and Coastal Protection Act Finance Committee Minutes.
  4. Election of the Interim Finance Section Manager of the Public Finance Division, State Treasurer's Office, or his or her designees as the California Clean Water, Clean Air, Safe Neighborhood Parks, and Coastal Protection Act Finance Committee Secretary to administer the California Clean Water, Clean Air, Safe Neighborhood Parks, and Coastal Protection Act of 2002.
  5. Consideration of Resolution IX under the California Clean Water, Clean Air, Safe Neighborhood Parks, and Coastal Protection Act of 2002, amending the provisions of Resolution VI authorizing the issuance of State of California California Clean Water, Clean Air, Safe Neighborhood Parks, and Coastal Protection bonds or commercial paper notes in the principal amount not to exceed $1,126,454,000 to provide for the negotiated sale of bonds to a purchaser or purchasers to be selected by the State Treasurer.
