  3. Approval of the January 16, 2009, Highway Safety, Traffic Reduction, Air Quality, and Port Security Committee Minutes.
  4. Consideration of Resolution XX under the Highway Safety, Traffic Reduction, Air Quality, and Port Security Bond Act of 2006, amending the provisions of Resolution XVIII authorizing the issuance of State of California Highway Safety, Traffic Reduction, Air Quality, and Port Security bonds or commercial paper notes in the principal amount not to exceed $2,038,525,000 to provide for the negotiated sale of bonds to a purchaser or purchasers to be selected by the State Treasurer
  5. Other Non-Action Items.
  6. Public comment.
  7. Adjournment.
