  3. Approval of the December 17, 2008, Housing Finance Committee Minutes.
  4. Consideration of Resolution XIV under the Housing and Emergency Shelter Trust Fund Act of 2002, amending the provisions of Resolution XII authorizing the issuance of State of California Housing and Emergency Shelter bonds or commercial paper notes in the principal amount not to exceed $863,194,000 to provide for the negotiated sale of bonds to a purchaser or purchasers to be selected by the State Treasurer.
  5. Consideration of Resolution VII under the Housing and Emergency Shelter Trust Fund Act of 2006, amending the provisions of Resolution V authorizing the issuance of State of California Housing and Emergency Shelter bonds or commercial paper notes in the principal amount not to exceed $202,829,000 to provide for the negotiated sale of bonds to a purchaser or purchasers to be selected by the State Treasurer.
