  3. Approval of the February 18, 2009, Safe Neighborhood Parks, Clean Water, Clean Air, and Coastal Protection (Villaraigosa-Keeley Act) Finance Committee Minutes.
  4. Consideration of Resolution XX under the Safe Neighborhood Parks, Clean Water, Clean Air, and Coastal Protection Bond Act of 2000 (the Villaraigosa-Keeley Act), (i) amending the provisions of Resolution XVII authorizing the issuance of State of California Safe Neighborhood Parks, Clean Water, Clean Air, and Coastal Protection Bonds or Commercial Paper Notes in the principal amount not to exceed $261,010,000, and (ii) authorizing the issuance of State of California Safe Neighborhood Parks, Clean Water, Clean Air, and Coastal Protection Bonds or Commercial Paper Notes in the principal amount not to exceed (a) the principal amount unissued under Resolution XVII of $62,375,000, and (b) an additional principal amount not to exceed $134,143,000, for a total principal amount not to exceed $196,518,000.
  5. Consideration of Resolution XXI under the Safe Neighborhood Parks, Clean Water, Clean Air, and Coastal Protection Bond Act of 2000 (the Villaraigosa-Keeley Act), authorizing the issuance of State of California Safe Neighborhood Parks, Clean Water, Clean Air, and Coastal Protection Refunding Bonds in the aggregate principal amount outstanding not to exceed $196,518,000.
  6. Other Non-Action Items.
