  4. Consideration of Resolution XVI under the Class Size Reduction Kindergarten-University Public Education Facilities Bond Act of 1998, authorizing the issuance of State of California School Facilities Refunding Bonds in the aggregate principal amount outstanding not to exceed $5,625,933,000.
  5. Consideration of Resolution XXVI under the School Facilities Bond Act of 1992, authorizing the issuance of State of California School Facilities Refunding Bonds in the aggregate principal amount outstanding not to exceed $937,731,500.
  6. Other Non-Action Items.
