Understanding disclosure responsibilities and the risks of disclosure failures is critical for agency officials that are directly involved in debt issuance, but also for those that contribute to disclosure intermittently or are in a position to “speak to the market.” This webinar will focus on the elements of an effective disclosure organization such as disclosure working groups, policies and procedures, and training, and will provide context for elected officials and other non-financial staff as to their role in the disclosure process.
