Article 2 State Charter School Facilities Incentive Grants Programs
The Authority has drafted proposed regulations for the purpose of administering the State Charter School Facilities Incentive Grants Programs.
45 Day Public Comment Period (Jan. 10, 2025 – Feb. 24, 2025)
The 45 day written public comment period opened January 10, 2025 and closes February 24, 2025. Currently, no public meeting has been scheduled nor has a hearing requested by any member of the public.
Next Steps
CSFA will be reviewing all public comments received. Please watch this space for update. Interested parties who have signed up with the Authority ListServ will also be notified of updates.

Public comments must be submitted no later than the last day of the comment period as shown below. Written comments may be submitted by mail, email, fax, or in-person.
