Debt issuance was $36.7 billion from January through June 2015. The Pooled Money Investment Account balance was $69.6 billion as of June 30. During June, Centralized State Treasury System deposits totaled $112.7 billion, while disbursements totaled $112.9 billion.
A total of $1.8 billion in taxpayer money was saved from six refinancings orchestrated by Treasurer Chiang. The Pooled Money Investment Account average effective yield was 0.299 percent as of June 30. A total of 6.1 million transactions were processed in June.
